The unit was clean. It's at a very convenient location. Easily walkable to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. Small detail but I love that everything was labeled! Instruction booklet on the coffee table was very detailed and helpful with getting to know the unit, the surrounding neighborhood, and check out procedures. I will definitely save this listing for future stays!

Another July, another stay in Point Pleasant.Karl and Alyssa were gracious hosts as always. Everything was just as described with not a hair out of place. Definitely our favorite spot in Point Pleasant.
