This was our second stay at one of Karl and Alyssa's Point Pleasant properties, and for the second time, it did not disappoint. Check-in was seamless, communication from the hosts was great, and everything was super clean in the condo. We love the amazing location and the included parking spot. The 2 included beach badges are also the cherry on top. The condo looks even better in person than in the photos. We felt very at home and comfortable in that unit. Would definitely book again.

Our stay at Karl’s place was perfect! The apartment was super clean and organized. The beds are very comfortable and it’s quiet. There are so many great restaurants within walking distance, I never used my car once, Karl was very easy to communicate with, I will definitely be back.

Clean and space was perfect! Easy walk to the beach and all the fun the shore had to offer but also far enough away from the action to be quiet and peaceful at night.Karl was also so quick to respond on any questions.
